David Humphries Architects is a Sydney based practice established in 1991.  It has completed projects throughout Australia and New Zealand, Singapore and Manila, with a diverse portfolio including residential buildings, corporate interiors and sculptural furniture commissions.  It’s small size and approach to design resolution enable it to deliver high standards of quality.

 

The philosophy of the practice is to search for a sense of poetry in its buildings – to create a more sculptural form, and to this end often works with artists on its projects. It attempts to design in sympathy with the environment, to create functional and contemporary spaces, with a sense of calm.
